Our patterns

• Free patterns are free for personal use. You may sell finished items you make from our free patterns.
• Premium (paid) patterns are licensed to you personally. Please do not share, resell, or redistribute the PDF files.
• Please credit “Filana Pixel” when sharing photos of finished items made from our patterns — we love seeing your work.

Orders and products

• Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.
• Digital patterns are delivered by download or email after payment. Because they are digital goods, they are non-refundable once delivered, unless the file is defective.
• Physical goods (yarn, kits, tools) ship within the times shown at checkout. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details safe. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no scraping our pattern library, no uploading harmful content, no attempting to break the site or other users’ accounts.

Intellectual property

All patterns, photos, videos, and text on this site belong to Filana Pixel unless stated otherwise. Our original pattern designs may not be copied or republished without permission.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to make our patterns accurate and beginner-friendly, but we cannot guarantee every project turns out perfectly. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the site or our products.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
